EAAK is one of the earliest manufacturers in China specializing in ultra-high pressure waterjet cutting. After years of unremitting efforts, its products have been distributed to more than 50 countries and regions in the Middle East, Russia, Central Asia, Southeast Asia, Australia, Europe, Africa, South America, and North America. Today, we will briefly describe the features and advantages of waterjet cutting machines:

1. Wide cutting range: It can cut most materials, such as metal, marble, glass, etc.

2. High cutting quality: Smooth cuts without rough, burr-like edges.

3. No heat processing: Because it uses water and abrasive cutting, it generates little to no heat during processing. This is ideal for materials that are susceptible to heat damage, such as titanium.

4. Environmentally friendly: This machine uses water and abrasive for cutting. The abrasive does not produce toxic gases during processing and can be directly discharged, making it more environmentally friendly.

5. No need to change blades: You don't need to change the cutting machine itself. One nozzle can process different types of materials and shapes, saving costs and time.

6. Reduced Burrs: Waterjet cutting with abrasive particles results in minimal burrs on the cut.

7. Rapid Programming: Programs are primarily generated by CAD software. You can freely design line drawings in the layout or import DXF files generated from other software. Additionally, the machine supports third-party software, such as nesting software (used to fill in graphics within the workpiece, minimizing workpiece wear).

8. Fast Programming: Programs generated by other software can be imported into the machine. It can create toolpaths from CAD and calculate precise cutter head positioning and cutting speeds exceeding 2000 points/inch (800 points/cm). You only need to specify the material and thickness to be cut; the machine handles the rest.

9. Combined with Other Equipment for Separate Operation: Waterjet cutting machines can be combined with other processing equipment (such as drill heads) to fully utilize their performance and optimize material utilization.

10. Reduced Adjustment Frequency: Only a small amount of lateral pressure is needed to secure the workpiece, reducing the hassle of complex clamping.

11. No cutting direction limitations: Capable of cutting various shapes.

12. Minimal lateral and longitudinal forces: Reduces setup time and jig costs.

13. Drilling and cutting can be performed using the same machine: Reduces process time and cutting costs.

14. No thermal effects, deformation, or micro-cracks: No secondary processing required, saving time and manufacturing costs.

15. No toxic gases produced: Provides a better working environment for operators.

16. No burrs: Reduces workpiece manufacturing time and costs.

17. Fine kerf: Reduces waste material generation, saving direct manufacturing costs.

18. Completes workpiece cutting in one pass with excellent edge quality: Reduces process time and costs.

19. Flexible adjustments based on design and workpiece material: Shortens order-to-finish time, increases production capacity, and brings more business opportunities to your company.
